What We Do
Micro Farm Within Reach
We operate a modular micro farm setup using fifteen (15) aeroponic vertical modules that are lined up in the backyard during conducive growing weather outdoors. They are designed to run with automatic water delivery and nutrient dosing stations. We take apart and reposition them indoors with LED grow lights in extreme weather of cold winter time or scorching summer heat. Our farm is conscious of environmental stewardship. We maximize producing a variety of crops all year-round to feed our family and then extend it to the community.
Fresh Farmers Market
Pick-up whole foods that are at their optimal window of freshness. The fresh produce you get from our booth are grown conscientiously without using harmful chemical pesticides. We carry fresh produce from our tower farm and the crops vary depending on the growing season and harvest schedule. You will also find value-add food products that we create using the fresh ingredients we grow. We bring Filipino food, baked goods, sweet & savory snacks. Cultural Heritage Private Dinner
We grow most of the ingredients that we put in our Filipino food offering, or we source them sustainably. We showcase cultural specialty dishes through weekend private dinners presented in a 'Boodle Fight' format. This is a lively Filipino tradition where friends and family gather around a table filled with a communal feast, served on a spread of banana leaves. It’s an unforgettable literal hands-on way to share food, fun, and flavors.
