About Krystle Ramos

Krystle Ramos is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ascend Garden. She is a veteran of the United States Marines.  

She completed her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Goldey Beacom College in Wilimington, DE, and graduated with the highest honor distinction of Summa Cum Laude. 

This paved the way to build a thriving corporate career in the largest financial institution in North America, starting out in a leadership development internship program and growing into V-level management as Vice President in the Human Resources (HR) organization leading the program for Emerging Talent Software Engineers. 

Krystle fulfills the role of a long-term volunteer as Children’s Ministry Director for Good Shepherd Baptist Church Bear, DE. She is also an appointed officer for the Pilipino-American Association of Delaware. Overseas, her leadership skills are invaluable as part of the Board of Directors of the International Crystal Mission Center in the Philippines.

Krystle lives in Delaware and spearheads community engagement in her sphere, collaborating with our non-profit partners locally and internationally.
