Welcome Local Vendors

There is flexibility to choose from three options: 

Option #1:  $30 booth  fee 

Option #2:  $40 booth  fee includes a single order of our best seller lumpia (fried spring rolls) 

Option #3:  $60 booth fee includes limited tasting menu served in a tray box

Drink and dessert vendors will have higher likelihood of sale transactions from Ascend Garden dinner guests who will each have a ticket capped at $10 redeemable for your product class. 

Vendors that participate in our local marketplace will be included in the roster of local producers from whom we would source products to fill our upcoming initiative to curate and create CSA boxes tied with sponsorship.  Please refer to the sponsorship packet below. 

Drink and dessert vendors must track their sales and provide a report to our market coordinator when the market concludes.  Please provide Ascend Garden an invoice of your sale transactions. We will reconcile with our records and then remit the payment electronically. 

You may setup 1 hour ahead of time and be ready to sell 15 minutes before doors open at 5:00 PM. The market runs through 9:00 PM.  

You may only break down when Ascend Garden has ushered in to the dining hall and seated their final group of boodle fight dinner guests.  Please check with our market coordinator or event host. 

The night market provides a lively atmosphere of shopping, music, workshops, and kid programming. Each component of the evening is hosted in a designated section of the venue, catering to attendees with or without dinner reservations. 

Ascend Garden dinner guests will browse the market while they wait for dinner service, which starts at 5:30 PM. Dining seating schedules are staggered to bring in groups of 8-12 every 15 minutes with final seating accommodation at 8:30 PM.  

Ascend Garden would have about 65 seats available in this immersive dinner experience.  However, please note that the overall event is open to the public whether or not they have a boodle fight booking.  Help us spread the word! Share your participation and what you’ll be offering in our market to bring in more foot traffic. 

If you have a product where you can extend an instructional/educational aspect, please reach out to the event organizer Shiela Bernardo at shey@ascendgarden.com.  We are specifically looking for vendors like: 

• Microgreens 

• Gourmet Mushrooms

• Specialty Crops (i.e.: Turmeric)

• Apothecary

Yes, your booth fee comes with small bites to taste our menu.  You are welcome to join the boodle fight also. We will even give you  a coupon code for 10% off our dinner rate.  Please reach out to our market coordinator Sabrina Cassaro of Natural Birthkeeper. 

This is a non-monetary product-based sponsorship in kind valued at $50.  Benefits include: 

•  Public announcement of brand in raffle giveaways throughout the event

•  Inclusion of items in a community-supported agriculture (CSA) curated box

•  Product sampling for potential new customers

Vendors are ideal to participate in this sponsorship tier to promote their business.  On the other hand, friends and family who want to sponsor at this level, but who do not create their own products  will be directed to purchase from our participating vendors to become a Local Producer Advocate sponsor.
